Troubleshooting Service
We bring your device to us and give you dedicated time in our workshop. This can provide answers as to whether the fault is in the car, or has arisen in the device itself. This is suitable for out-of-warranty regulators where you want troubleshooting assistance. If your regulator is under warranty (1 year from date of purchase), register a return case instead and we will help you.
How it works
- You buy this product and choose whether you want a delivery note by email or sent home with a complete return bag (extra cost)
- You hand in your regulator at the post office after we have sent you a delivery note by either email or regular post as you choose
- We receive your regulator and begin troubleshooting within 1-3 working days
- We will get back to you with a test report via email and return the regulator
Costs and terms
The price includes return shipping from you to us, from us back to you, troubleshooting is free of charge. Troubleshooting is carried out within 1-3 days after we receive your device.
Please note that we do NOT fix any errors in the troubleshooting service. We only report to you. If the regulator is broken, you will still have to buy a new one if the warranty period has expired.
