AMIT IDG500-0T002 - competent and reliable 4G router with dual SIM cards and serial port. Adapted to applications in industry, vehicles, retail POS, digital signage etc. or via fixed network, regardless of what happens. It also has a built-in hardware and software watch dog that can break the voltage to both the radio module and the SIM card. This is to ensure trouble-free reconnection in the event of operator disruptions.
Serial connection
Equipped with an RJ45 to RS-232 serial port for remote control and access outside IP network. Via virtual COM, RFC 2217, TCP Client, TCP Server, UDP.
Durable design
Constructed in a stable metal shell to withstand harsher environments and working temperatures (-30 to +70 degrees).
VPN
The router has built-in VPN support for IPSec, L2TP, PPTP (client-/server-mode), GRE, L2TP over IPSec and OpenVPN. The router handles a maximum of 3 tunnels up to approx. 20 Mbps throughput (IPSec).
Flexible power supply
The IDG500-0T002 is supplied with an AC adapter, but the router can be powered via an adapter with unstabilized DC supply of 5-18V. Power adapter for own power supply included.
Dual SIM
The router has dual SIM card slots to be able to connect to two different operators, for example on different physical networks. Switching takes place automatically in the event of operational problems.
SMS handling
The IDG500-0T002 has built-in support for SMS. The SMS function can be used to administer the router (status, connect, disconnect, reconnect and reboot) or to alert.
Dynamic DNS
Built-in support for a number of various dynamic DNS services. For example DynDNS.org and No-IP.com.
Routing protocols
The IDG500-0T002 has built-in support for static routing tables and dynamic routing protocols such as RIP, OPSF and BGP.< /p>
Transparent mode
The router can be configured in transparent mode if you want to place it outside the existing firewall as a 4G modem.
