Shelly 2 is a recessed switch with 2 channels for on/off and push-button input for direct control. The push button can be of the normal or spring-loaded type.

Place it behind an existing switch and you will maintain the function and can also control it with the mobile phone. Requires that both phase and neutral are present.

NOTE! Shelly 2 has no contact on the outside for programming. Requires the device to be opened which can be difficult as it is glued.

The device contains an ESP8266 and can be programmed with any Arduino compatible software, eg Tasmota.

NOTE! When programming, the device must never be connected to 230V.
