Document your construction carefully, detailed documentation of how you installed the speed limiter must be included in the inspection.

This is a speed control which, when installed correctly, is very difficult to manipulate. H-Reg does not contain any hidden means of communication such as WiFi, Bluetooth or other radio. This is a conscious design as no changes to the device should be possible outside the sealed box. No changes must be made without it being clearly visible, for example through a broken seal.

Speed controller version H is intended for A-tractors (diesel or petrol engines) where the speed is limited according to the rules that apply to A-tractors. The purpose of this model is to be able to measure and regulate speed instead of just engine speed. RPM is also measured and used as a backup in case the speed signal drops out. The intention is also to achieve a solution that can be accepted by both authorities and owners/users of A-tractors. The solution means not having to use high engine speeds, which causes noise, high fuel consumption and reliability issues. When the breakpoint is exceeded, the output that controls the fuel injection valve, supply voltage to ignition coils or to accelerator control if there is an electric accelerator is affected.

Inspection and certificate
Virtually all inspection companies require a certificate that the car does not contain any hidden functions that could override the speed limit. If you plan to build an A-tractor and then inspect it, write your registration number in connection with the order or contact us afterwards and we will provide a signed certificate. We certify that the controller does not contain any hidden function for this. You must also sign that no other function in the car overrides the restriction.

What is needed for my car?

We get a lot of questions about what fits which car, here are some general rules of thumb:

Cars without electronic gas pedal, regardless of fuel
Regulator H-version Inductive sensor
Cable with connector to inductive sensor
Large box (for e.g. gas stations to lower the ignition coil into) or Small box (for diesels where you don't need to install more than the regulator)
Relay to protect the regulator against voltage spikes


Cars with electronic gas pedal before model year approx. -05/-07, regardless of fuel
